1. Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• PDF downloads

• digital handouts

• toolkit bundles

• educational resources

• free or paid downloadable files

Once a digital file has been purchased or delivered, it is considered final sale.

2. Exceptions

If you experience:

• duplicate charges

• a technical issue preventing access

• a broken or missing file

• an accidental duplicate purchase

3. Unauthorized Sharing Does Not Void Sale

Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes may not be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
